Americas since 2004. His career at the hotel chain began in 2000, when he worked as a cook at several hotels.<\/p>\n<p>From 2004 to 2013, he served as head chef of Restaurante Nhube at the NH Alcorc\u00f3n. He then relocated to NH Ribera del Manzanares, where he worked until 2015, at which point he became head chef of Tablafina and NH Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>He has led several internal training courses, including preparing head chefs for the opening of new restaurants.
