After training at important restaurants like Mart\u00edn Berasategui, Zalaca\u00edn, Arzak and El Rac\u00f3 de Can Fabes, he arrives at Santceloni in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his work at the restaurant, Robledo participates as a speaker and adviser for different courses and is a member of the tasting committee of the most important wine guides.
