In line with the traditional concept of Cured Meats, Preserves & Tapas, Tablafina is a new proposal from the Minor Europe & Americas that emphasises the quality of the ingredients served. A space that opens out onto emblematic streets in major cities such as Madrid, Barcelona or Sevilla.

A new kind of Wine Bar, first launched to great success at the NH Nacional (Madrid) and gradually expanded to cities such as Barcelona, Málaga or Sevilla. Tablafina is the name of Minor Europe & Americas’s gastronomic initiative that seeks to connect with the world of traditional bars and local cuisine, something that is quintessentially Spanish and which has become a hit worldwide. A proposal that highlights the quality of the products and ingredients served.

Tablafina proposes a menu that connects with nature and with local produce. An idea that was first set out as a pilot project, with a view to extending it subsequently to other hotels in the Group throughout the world.

Minor Europe & Americas has positioned itself as the ultimate gastronomic hotel chain in Spain with the highest number of Michelin stars. In total, the company has 6 Michelin stars nationally, and 10 Soles Repsol divided between Madrid, Barcelona and Castellón.
