Tablafina Restaurant is a concept where you can sample a menu based on quality products with protected designation of origin.
Tablafina’s range of tapas, cured meats and preserves are rooted in local produce, created by chef Alex Cobles. The Legendary Recipes section of the menu includes, among others: traditional rustido cannelloni with truffle cream, veal-based Fricandó or oxtail meatball stew. These options are combined with dishes in which the Mediterranean Sea is strongly present, in offerings such as spicy octopus, monkfish and mussels Suquet, or dried sepia rice and prawns.
Quality cheeses, cured meats and preserves are served in this new space that opens out onto the Rambla Cataluña. A place where you can enjoy good wine, under the guidance of David Robledo, the Sommelier at Santceloni**, with quality tapas based on classic Catalan dishes.
Tablafina serves a selection of Iberian ham, preserves, and cheese chosen by Abel Valverde, cured meats, soups and fried dishes, as well as a variety of large tapas and small sharing dishes, and a range of sweet treats.
This new space is located on the ground floor of the NH Collection Gran Hotel Calderón, which also has a terrace bar offering some of the most spectacular views of the city, ELEVEN BCN BY WORLD CLASS, located on the 11th floor of the hotel, where you can enjoy light snacks in addition to 360º views of the whole city of Barcelona.
