Tablafina Málaga opens its doors in the renovated NH Málaga Hotel. It lands in the city to delight the local people after its success in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Milan.
The restaurant is located in the hotel’s first floor, and it has a privileged location right on the street by the river. For this reason, its positioned as the perfect place: a totally renovated space that shows off a luminous and modern décor, ideal for a casual lunch with friends or a dinner.
The concept is based on the identity of Spanish tapas: Iberian cold cuts from the best designation of origin like Guijuelo and Jabugo among others, selected preserves, and finely elaborated tapas.
The menu has been assessed by Abel Valverde and David Robledo, from Santceloni restaurant (2 Michelin stars and 3 soles Repsol). The exclusive selection of cheeses has been elaborated by Abel (Head Waiter), and the wine list by David (Sommelier).
Tablafina bases its gastronomical offer in local products combined with traditional Andalusian cuisine. It also offers different sweet desserts to end the experience with a cherry on top.
The restaurant is focused on the greatest player, the product, which can be seen in the showcases spread across the restaurant.
